Before arriving for a collection it is recommended that customers phone to check we have sufficient stock as we are facing some heavy lead times on certain stock items.

Oakleaf (the original site):

Opening times Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm, Saturday 8am til 12:30pm.

  • Staff will bring materials to customers in the car park, so customers should return to their vehicle after purchasing their materials in the shop
  • Customers are not allowed in the wood yard unless told to by a member of staff
  • All customers must wear a mask in the shop in accordance with the governments compulsory requirements. If you are unable or unwilling to do so, then you will need to pre-order via the website and advise a yard member of staff on your arrival at the yard


Opening times for display area and yard. Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 12.30pm

  • Customer collections are only available after 8am
  • Customers must not enter the yard office
  • All orders must be made prior to arrival at the Shana site
  • Only one customer (plus anyone accompanying them) in the sales office at once
  • Any customers entering the sales office must remain behind any barriers and not approach the staff at their desk
  • Any customer entering the sales office must wear a mask. If you are unable or unwilling to do so, then you will need to contact us via either the telephone, website or email

At both yards, customers must observe social distancing, keeping 2m away from others where possible, with the absolute minimum as 1m.
