Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19, we need to make you aware of the likely effects and measures we are putting in place, to protect both yourselves and our staff.

Mon 30th March

From the 1st April we will be suspending our delivery service until further notice. We are extremely proud of all of our staff who have worked incredibly hard not only to meet this unprecedented demand, but also to do so under such difficult circumstances whilst maintaining the requirements to minimise the risk of spreading COVID-19. We would also like to thank customers for their continued support and understanding, as well as their own efforts to enable the deliveries to take place as safely as possible.
The government is currently encouraging businesses to continue to work where possible and the measures we have taken means that our employees have a minimal risk of contracting the disease whilst working. However, we also recognise the need to support the nationwide action of staying inside in order to minimise the spread of COVID-19, having discharged our obligations to those that had made orders prior to the lockdown being announced.
We are reviewing the situation on an ongoing basis and as soon as we feel that it is reasonable, as well as responsible to do so, we will be recommencing our services as soon as possible, although not all services will necessarily resume at the same time. We will obviously make sure we keep customers advised of the situation via the website, as well as those who have registered to be on our emailing list. In the meantime, the office will also be closed from the 1st April for the remainder of the week, reopening for telephone enquiries from Monday 6th April.
To reiterate, for the foreseeable future
We are not taking any new orders
We are not allowing any yard collections at either site
The display area at Shana will be closed
Thank you for your continued patience and we look forward to being in contact with you shortly with positive news
